2. Description of the Service
flymatch.app helps users find common destinations reachable by direct flight from the preferred airports or cities of multiple travelers, with filters for month, day of week, specific date, and time. The Service is intended to help friends and groups based in different locations plan trips to meet up.
Free Service Notice: The Service is provided completely free of charge. There is currently no subscription, payment, or premium tier.
3. Eligibility
The Service is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not create an account or use the Service. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under this age without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
4. Accounts
You can use core features of the Service (such as searching for common destinations) without creating an account. Creating an account is optional and is done via third-party sign-in (currently Google). If you create an account, we will store your name, email address and username, and the information you add to your profile (such as preferred airports, friends, and visited or wishlist countries), so that you can save your preferences and use related features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs through it. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile, or by contacting us.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service (including through scraping, automated queries, or excessive load);
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
6. Flight and Travel Information Disclaimer
The Service displays flight schedule information sourced from third-party data providers and from our own database of previously retrieved results. This information is provided for general planning purposes only.
Important Travel Verification: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight schedules, availability, or any other travel information shown on the Service. Flight schedules can change without notice. Always verify flight details directly with the airline or a booking platform before making travel plans or purchasing tickets.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying code, is the property of the Operator, except for third-party content (such as flight data, and map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License) which remains the property of its respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service or its content without permission, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any losses resulting from reliance on flight or travel information displayed on the Service.
Because the Service is provided free of charge by an individual, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers to operate certain features, including sign-in via Google, website analytics via Google Analytics, advertising via Google AdSense, and maps based on OpenStreetMap data. Your use of these features may also be subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy practices.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and request deletion of your account, at any time.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and legal framework of the European Union (EU), without prejudice to any mandatory statutory consumer-protection rights and jurisdiction granted to consumers by the laws of their EU Member State or country of habitual residence.
